Virens Supporting 2023 Yateley Sausage & Cider Fest

We are happy to announce that we will be supporting the first-ever Yateley Sausage & Cider Fest, scheduled to debut in May 2023.

As well as sponsoring the event, we'll be closely supporting the festival team and its ticket sales, including:

What is Yateley Sausage & Cider Fest?

In its first year, the Yateley Sausage & Cider Fest stands to be a key fundraising event organised by Yateley Sports Community Interest Company (YSCIC). The festival itself is always run solely by a relatively small team of hard-working and often thirsty volunteers.

YSCIC is a not-for-profit community-inspired initiative, set up locally for the benefit of the local community. YSCIC also organises two other community projects - Gig on the Green and the Blackwater Valley Cask & Cork Festival.

Organised by a group of Yateley residents, the CIC's primary function is to raise enough money to build a sports & wellness facility for local residents, based around the local football club (Yateley United FC) - something that is now well underway. Notably, in 2014, YSCIC also completed the purchase of Sean Devereux Park in Yateley.

How Do I Get My Tickets?

The festival will be spread across two sessions on the evening of Saturday 6th May & afternoon of Sunday 7th May 2023.

You can expect a cracking range of ciders, and a tasty variety of sausages - plus live music at each session.

There are a limited number of tickets available, so be sure to secure yours!

Advanced tickets are £6 for 18+, and free for Under-18s (Sunday daytime only).
